Rob & Jason talk with Tim Armstrong about models of leadership. The conversation is filled with interesting insights and thought-provoking concepts around how we lead. Tim brings over 30 years of leadership experience as a church planter, mega-church pastor, movement leader, as well as committed discipler of people and lover of his family.
Tim planted a church in 1996 that exploded with growth. Jason was on staff there with Tim. That church continues to thrive and grow even after Tim handed the reins over and has since moved to take on other roles. He currently serves at Bell Shoals Church in Tampa Bay and is overseeing the planting of new campuses.
