At work, my first Air Force-wide project is launched and I meet the Air Force Chief of Staff! In 1993, (wow, 30 years ago) the Don't Ask - Don't Tell law comes into play with experiencing meetings that revealed, in many way, a lack of understanding of LGBT service members.
