This week I have started studying for a diploma in coaching to qualify as an International Coach Federation registered professional coach.
I'm looking for individuals who might be interested in doing some coaching with me, all for free. This will be hopefully supportive and useful for the potential coach, and help me to develop my coaching skills. This brief ten minute episode gives an overview of the following:
What is my previous coaching experience?
Why can being coached be such a powerful and useful experience?
What are some potential areas you could use coaching for?
