This week on The Now Life we are continuing the discussion on creating a disciple making culture. Last episode we said culture could be defined by saying “It’s How We Do Things Around Here.” Our culture reflects our mission. Our Values, Beliefs, Behaviors, Language etc. should demonstrate our desire to accomplish that mission. Creating a culture that’s connected to our mission is vital! We must start with defining what we are trying to accomplish and work backwards. A Disciple making culture is meant to produce disciples of Jesus. Listen in as we discuss the picture of a disciple and why having a clear picture matters.
