What do you do when a client unhappy with their coaching experience?
The longer you are in business, the more this will happen. It likely makes you feel upset and you may even question you abilities as a coach!
I’m here to tell you that it’s NOT about you. There are some people who are always looking for someone to blame or someone to lash out on when they aren’t happy with their experience or results.
In your business, YOU make the rules. YOU decide when someone’s inappropriate behaviour is not okay. YOU decide when the time comes to give them love and let them go.
