One of the things that I am working on prioritizing is SLEEP.  Us menopausal women need to really pay attention especially, but all of us likely sleep like shit more often than we care to admit.

In this episode, I give you a few tips on how you can get a better nights sleep ... with feng shui ... and a few of my other fave tips too.
