- Spiritual Warfare in Birth
- The devil attempting to sabotage birth experiences to separate us from our Creator
- The enemy attempting to separate us as mothers from our children
- Spiritual warfare and stronghold aspects: depression, postpartum depression, etc.
- Spiritual oppression: intrusive thoughts post-birth
- Demons prey on this
- Trauma in Birth
- A c-section is the only major surgery where a person is awake during the surgery
- The medical system feeding fears about something happening to baby – seeds of fear and doubt
- Prayer is powerful
- Everything we talk about is rooted in the spiritual realm – we are in a spiritual battle – this is what it looks like
- Birth trauma is a battlefield
- The enemy wants to steal so much from mothers during birth and postpartum
- Bridging the Gap Between Spiritual Warfare and Coming into Motherhood
- The Lord uses these experiences (spiritual battle) to save
- He can find us in these pits if we allow Him to
- He can bring us peace that surpasses understanding
- Birth led me (Rebecca) back to the Lord fully – in the darkness of an unnecessary cesarean (unnecesscerean), He led me back to Him
- The Lord wants to give us life and give it abundantly
- Yahweh is the WAY – following His way is most important, pray for Him to make your path clear
- The Enemy Attacks Us During Birth
- He uses fear to scare and confuse us
- He seeks to destroy
- Being aware is the first step
