10 min Endurance Pace

2 min walk  or pop up into a faster pace

12 min Endurance Pace

2 min walk  or pop up into a faster pace

14 min Endurance Pace

2 min walk or pop up into a faster pace

16 min Endurance Pace

2 min walk or pop up into a faster pace
