As we journey together through Disney princesses' enchanting yet empowering world, we'll kick off this princess power workout with a reflection walk of "Would You Rather - Royalty Edition" game.
From deciding between Tiana's beignets and Snow White's Gooseberry Pie to choosing between a sassy dragon and a magical tree, we'll navigate these princesses' choices in their fairy tales. But be warned; the adventure doesn't stop there!
Each endurance block will preview the dedicated weekly workouts inspired by the Princess of the Week. So this long run is four workouts in one!
20-minute endurance block - Tempo Tale as Old as Time inspired by Princess Belle
15-minute endurance block - Mushu's Motivational Meters inspired by Mulan
15-minute endurance block - French Quarter Fartlek Frenzy inspired by Princess Tiana
20-minute endurance block - Let it Go Progression run inspired by Queen Elsa
