About Mohamed Hassan
Mohamed Hassan is a fencer for Egypt's national team. He moved to the United States of America at the age of seven and began playing the sport at the age of eight. He is a fencing teacher and coach at Star Fencing Academy and athlete preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
His father, Hossam Hassan, was the coach of Egypt's men's foil team from 2002 to 2004. Hossam founded The Fencers Academy in St. Louis, Missouri, United States of America in 2009. He was also the fencing coach at McKendree University in Illinois.
