Senior U.S. District Court Judge in the Northern District of Ohio Dan Polster recently made history, as the presiding judge in a series of federal lawsuits against opioid manufacturers and distributors. He talks about one of his proudest accomplishments in those cases as he shared his legacy on the bench, and as a dedicated volunteer. Judge Polster also shares his story of the earliest days of the 3Rs program, teaching Rights, Responsibilities and Realities to Cleveland high school students, and the Stokes Scholars, helping college students through scholarships and mentoring. The judge even shares the reason he's on the bench in federal court instead of in the dugout!
