Welcome to Episode 13 of The Life Right Here podcast. It's a practice episode for you this week which brings to life the practice described in last week's episode Lean Towards the Positive. This practice is one of contemplation and absorption in bodily sensation and emotion - these are two ways in Hatha yoga of channeling our attention which when left to its own devices tends to hold onto the "negative".
In doing this practice we don’t dismiss or disregard any challenges we are currently facing but when we solely focus on those we feel the impact of that. This practice reminds us to regularly turn to or lean towards those things right here that are going right, that are a step in the right direction, that can make us feel good - even when it feels like everything is falling down around us.
This practice supports us to continue to find hope amidst the hardship and let in the beauty.
Find a quiet spot and tune in.
