Welcome my friends - it’s episode 14 of the Life Right Here podcast and this week marks the first in a series of episodes around Suffering and ways we can prevent or minimise it in the future - which is surely a desirable topic for every human being on this planet because WE ALL suffer in some form or another. So this is PART 1.
In an effort to keep this simple and digestible as well as easily reflected upon - I’m just going to start with describing 3 types of suffering (duhkha) as described in the yoga tradition and present 3 questions for you for contemplation.
