Welcome to episode 18 of The Life Right Here. We’re in practice mode today and i thought what better practice is there for this time of year than a relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga Nidra.
In this episode I explain a little background to Yoga Nidra and then we’ll dive into the practice and as usual I will record the yoga nidra separately as a BONUS episode so that once you’ve heard this intro you could practice yoga nidra a few times a week until the end of the year and not have to listen to the intro every time!
Yoga nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation - I hope you enjoy.
