Hello my friends and welcome to episode 24 of the Life Right Here podcast - thank you for joining me each week and helping to spread the word about this lovely little podcast.

Look this one is a little late really - a seasonal session for Summer, however I have rationalised that we still have at least a month of hot weather left I reckon and here in the Northern Rivers of NSW it has been SO hot the past few weeks so this may just continue to come in handy for you if you are someone who feels the heat and these tips can also come in handy at any times you are feeling excess heat in the body such as if you are experiencing peri-menopausal symptoms like hot flashes.

The Seasonal Sessions provide some protocols and guidelines each season for how to bring or maintain balance using the tools of yoga and ayurveda so tune in for my top 5 (actually I snuck a 6th one in) ways to beat the heat via food, drinks, early rising / exercise adjusments, napping, self-massage and the way you lay in bed!
