Today's episode is a guided practice to bring stillness, awareness and steadiness to the body and to begin to listen to its wisdom. Episode 29 explores the theme of Attending to the Body - you may wish to listen to it if you haven't already in conjunction with this practice.
The following words have been used in the guided practice and are taken from the book Anam Cara by John O'Donohue:
“The body is very truthful… you know your body rarely lies. Your mind can deceive you and put all kinds of barriers between you and your nature but your body does not lie. Your body tells you, if you attend to it, how your life is and whether you are living from your soul or from the labyrinths of your negativity.”
AND
“To spend this time in silence before the mystery of your body brings you towards wisdom and holiness.”
