Hello my friends and welcome to episode 31 of The Life Right Here podcast.  I’m excited today to bring you a short and sweet Seasonal Session episode where I will give 5 hot tips for staying balanced and grounded during the season of Autumn according to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.

Starting to learn a little about Ayurveda can really take our yoga practice and our life to another level of awareness and greater wellbeing - for me Ayurveda is about balance - that is looking what qualities are present in my body, mind, lifestyle and ensuring that there is enough of the opposite quality to maintain balance and health.

Tune in for super simple and actionable ways to feel balanced and steady during the season of Autumn.

It’s running May 1st to May 5th - it’s 3 early mornings of yoga for Autumn as well as support during the week to make changes to your routines for the cooler months.

Each participant receives a companion guide to Autumn as well as reflective prompts for journalling to really dive deep into their practice on and off the mat. The theme is release and restore in line with the energy of this season - of letting go - as nature does in Autumn and restoring our vital energy.
