Hello and Welcome my friends - it’s me Emma Waters - I do still exist and I am alive - despite it being 6 weeks since I last released a podcast episode!
I want to start with an apology for being missing in action here - I have not forgotten you - the listeners who support the Life Right Here Podcast by tuning in - I haven’t forgotten you even one tiny bit - but I feel there is some explaining to do as to where I have been these past 6 weeks (and let me tell you where I have been has not been a pretty place) but I’m back.
This episode is an explainer of all that has been happening in my life of late and also explores the concept of a 'heart that rejects nothing' as described by Jack Kornfield in A Path with Heart.
I share my insights on this after a very challenging couple of months and what this has meant in my spiritual practice.
