Hello my friends and welcome to episode 8 of The Life Right Here - it’s practice time this week and the practice I have picked today relates perfectly to last episode’s topic of sleep. The practice is called 'Bhramari Pranayama' - it’s a breathing and concentration practice that calms the system, draws us inward and has a host of physical, mental and emotional benefits. I’ll start with a little information on these benefits and explain the practice and then we’ll jump into the practice itself.
