What’s your question about communications?
This week on the podcast we'll look at ways you can add clarity to your feedback process.
If you don't provide structure for feedback, you'll end up getting opinion and preference driven changes. Things like "I don't like these colors" or "I really like this font better".
The problem is that none of these changes actually help increase effectiveness. When you provide structure to your requests for feedback, you guide the ministry leaders you are serving into a mission minded critique mindset. This means the conversation around changes is focused on how well the piece accomplishes the goal.
