Description

Jo Palmer is no  stranger to the limelight. In 2019 she won the AgriFutures National Rural Women's Award for her business Pointer Remote. But there's a lot you don't know about Jo. After meeting her in Canberra recently and totally fan-girling, I roped her in to chat to me about mum life, farm life and work life, including her family's recent lifechanging decision to move overseas. You'll also hear about a very dark time in Jo's life- something she tried to run from and block out for so long. But as a mum to two young girls, it's sparked some important conversations.  This is her story.

*Just quick warning, this episode does briefly touch on the topic of consent and may be triggering for anyone who has had experience with sexual assault
