This week I spoke to Karen Jean-Francois. Karen is an analytics manager passionate about how data science and analytics can support businesses. While she finds digging into data is fun, experience taught her that it’s only a small part of the job, and she believes that focusing on personal development and having access to role models is key to having a successful career – no matter what your definition of success is.
