Today we are sharing what it means to “feel your feelings” and how to do that… in a way that feels safe! Feeling safe as we bring up heavier emotions is so important. This way, we can allow the fullness of our experience and bring compassion to the emotions that are here in this moment. When we can feel something fully and integrate the experience, we free all that stuck energy in our body and allow it flow again.
