Kyle Bell, Housing Coordinator for the Community Development Department of San Luis Obispo (say that five times fast!) joins us today to talk about housing in San Luis Obispo. Obviously, lack of inventory is a major problem nearly everywhere, and SLO is no exception. Kyle brings a wealth of education, passion and years of experience to the table and shares how the city is tackling the problem through policy, creativity and collaboration.
