Arsenal hit with slide of bad luck and misfortune at the Emirates. A game many expected to be a victory was anything but. Even with one missing starting player, this wasn't the Gunners day in terms of goal impacts. It seemed there was a funky aura that didn't allow the game to flow as it should have. It was an abundance of frustration - especially for the players who were worn down by the number of efforts to get on the score board; but were denied. VAR and more unfortunate moments like giving away penalty in the dying minutes killed the game for us.
While I had to give credit to a few, there were handful of Arsenal players worthy for the odd player. But I had to recognize the ones that were a bit above the rest.
