Despite the setback, there were some bright spots in our performance. We played well handling Inter's attack all night. Kai Havertz showed promising signs, growing into the game and looking our most likely source of a goal.
We faced some challenges, particularly in creating clear-cut chances, but the team showed resilience and fought hard until the final whistle. Ethan Nwaneri provided a spark, and it's exciting to see his talent whilst giving him room to grow into it.
While this result is disappointing, we're still in a place to break off this funk; there were positives worth noting.
