When Derek and Maria Broaddus bought their dream home for their little family of 5 to renovate and then move into. But, during the renovation process, the Broaddus family started getting super ominous letters in the mail from someone who claimed to be "The Watcher" of their house at 657 Blvd. This "Watcher" seemed to know more about the couple and their 3 kids than any of us would be comfortable with; especially considering they hadn't even moved into the house when the letters started. The writer of these letters has still never been named, and the case remains open to this day.
