Everybody has a dream and with a little bit of help we can make it come true.
Ian, just like many of the other volunteers trying their hardest to make the Nene Valley Festival based in an idyllic setting of Ferry Meadows, Nene Park, Peterborough, happen all have one thing in common, their passion for music and supporting up and coming bands. The festival will be held on 31/08/23-03/08/23 and it is one not to be missed.
Just like myself with this podcast it's all about giving bands a platform for them to build their fan base and help give them the helping hand that they deserve.
They say nothing in life worth having comes easy and that's exactly why we need to support new events to give them the chance that they deserve.
In order to make this festival become a reality they need to sell 400 tickets, at £129 for 64 bands this works out at £2 per band!!!!!!! They have sold just over half of this and have extended the deadline.
And if the target doesn't get met, because it's all done through Crowdfunding, you get your money back!
With bands on the line up CONFIRMED, they have the insurance and support from the local council to make this happen they just need you to put your trust in them!
