Jay Shredder is Music & Video Producer/Engineer based in the Midlands specialising in Rock, Metal & Pop music. He has been featured on BBC Radio One, Kerrang, Planet Rock just to name a few.
Jay has worked with a fine list of Rock royalty including Saxon, KK's Priest (Judas Priest), Diamond Head & more and works out of his own Studio, SLL STUDIOS as well as travelling the world for projects such as having a private tour around a castle in Austria with Volbeat!! He has just racked up a total of 1,000,000 views on his YouTube videos and I'm definitely not surprised because I spent a good hour going through and watching some of what he has on offer and I was absolutely mesmerised by the quality, I almost felt like I was there in person.
It's fair to say that this man eats, sleeps and breathes music but it was nice for me to dig a little deeper into his personal life and see how he manages family life when he is out on the road or locked away for hours on end in his studio!
Unfortunately a few months ago Jay's sister’s partner passed away aged just 39. Not only will he be missed by so many but their 8 year old daughter now has to grow up without her dad and that’s absolutely heartbreaking
