I had the pleasure of chatting with these guys just before Christmas.
You know what they say good things come for those who wait, well the wait is over its here in all its glory. Regional One hailing from the South of England where they broke into the UK Rock scene, music inspired by artists such as modern giants Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, Black Stone Cherry, and Muse, all the way back to classic legends such as Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath.
They released their latest EP "Hero", on Friday 28th July 2023, with a brand new music video and EP launch show in their hometown of Bournemouth.
We had some great fun talking about lots of random nonsense including the importance of McDonald's when you are abroad, tune in for our holiday hacks and just general chatter. We even had a cheeky bit of Karaoke!

Regional One were such a friendly bunch who clearly have a great bond with each other, they are great to chat to and the only problem I had when interviewing them was my 35 minute curfew, I could have chatted to them all night.
