Description

We explore the connection between the 3 aspects of ourselves being the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Being the observer, and practicing being the observer, we can notice what we feel, think and do without having to be attached to the experience itself. 

There's a fine line between hiding from life, and trying to force it. Between those 2 is our centre, and this is where observing can happen. We can observe our emotions that lead to our trigger points, that lead to our words and actions.
