Today’s guest is Hunter Eisenhower, he is OFFICIALLY the new Associate Head Coach/Sports Performance Coach at Arizona State University, working with Men’s Basketball. Hunter is a former collegiate basketball player himself, playing at Seattle Pacific University. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, previously as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at UC Davis, Southeastern Louisiana, and Minnesota State Mankato. While also recently spending time as a Sports Performance Coach/Sports Scientist w/ the Sacramento Kings and their G-League affiliate the Stockton Kings. 

We’ll be discussing a range of topics from life as both a collegiate and pro strength coach and the differences in both those environments, 1-rep maxes and the age old debate of “is there such thing as being strong enough,” we dive into the science of depth landings/drop catches: how they are useful, what the research says, and how we can best apply them into training basketball players for both sports performance and injury prevention, and so much more.
