Tim Little served several years as an active-duty Army Officer and is the Commander of an Army Reserve Public Affairs battalion based in San Antonio, TX. Tim is the founder and CEO of Zana Investments and is passionate about helping fellow military veterans escape the "landlord trap" and get competitive returns by providing opportunities to invest passively in apartment buildings.

Wayne Courreges III is a Veteran who served in the US Marine Corps and completed his service as a Marine Corps Corporal in 2007. Since then, he has transitioned from having his first rental unit to his current role as Managing Principal of CREI Partners Real Estate Investments.

Shelon “Hutch, The Marine Investor” Hutchinson is a Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his 24 years career, he has served in many leadership roles in Marine Corps aviation. He has been awarded several personal awards for his job performance. He has created and led teams of various sizes that performed effectively in training and combat operations. Hutch is the Co-Founder of H Squared Capital, which has grown from refurbishing single-family homes to scouting and acquiring larger properties including apartment buildings and commercial properties.
