Alex Weiche is an experienced Director of Finance and Accounting with 10+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and improving businesses through the use of their financial statements. Alex spends his free-time with his partner Stephanie and their 4-year-old daughter. In 2021, Alex relocated with his family from Utah to San Antonio, Texas where he was introduced to multifamily real estate investing. For the past two years, Alex has been passively investing in multifamily apartments. He has recently decided to take the path of becoming a General Partner focused on acquiring and raising capital for multifamily investments.
