Ohm Culpepper is the Founder and Principal of Jolt Equity. He began his real estate career in 2014 after serving 20 years in the United States Air Force. His passion for real estate led to entering the single family, commercial, and multifamily investment markets in 2016. He is also the Broker and Owner of a real estate firm and the co-founder of a wholesale real estate investment company. As a real estate entrepreneur and active real estate investor, he has built an extensive network of experienced investment partners and strategic advisors.
During Ohm’s Air Force career he served in multiple management/leadership roles, was responsible for multi-million dollar operational and maintenance budgets, and supported/managed hundreds of personnel. He earned numerous national accolades and service medals all the while completing multiple degrees, culminating with a B.S. in Human Resource Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Columbia Southern University.
Ohm’s current multifamily investment portfolio stands at 921 doors across 6 assets valued at well over 120M.
