We all have heard about the last supper.
Today's lesson comes after the last supper, and with only a chosen few of Jesus closest disciples.
Peter, James and John.
Jesus would lead them to the Garden of Gethsemane where he would tell them to stay here, watch and pray.
Jesus told them he felt the weight of this night on him.
He knew what he would have to face.
It is only human to want other believers around you as you are going thru things.
Jesus prayed to GOD and told GOD he wanted out of this responsibility but if not he would do it.
Jesus returned to find his faithful sleeping.
He wakes them and asks could you not watch one hour?
Jesus goes and prays again and summits to what is needed to save our souls.
Jesus returns to his sleeping disciples.
You can almost see Jesus loving looking at them and shaking his head.
Knowing that our road will not be easy and that we need to be alert and watchful.
Stop sleeping on GOD.
Be more alert to your area of responsibly.
We believe that the right person will hear the right message at the right time.
