During this lesson Jesus has sent his disciples to the other side of the lake.
Jesus dismissed the crown and had gone off to be alone to pray to GOD.
While the boat was crossing there arose a sudden storm.
These were experienced fishermen and the grew up on this river.
They had been in many storms and knew how to know one was going to happen and how to avoid it.
This storm took them off guard.
Made them fearful.
They had doubt that they would survive.
Keep in mind that Jesus had sent them, he knows everything, he knew that they would be facing this storm.
He wanted to see their faith in the mission that he had sent them on.
Jesus came walking on the water and that gave them hope.
No matter the storm we know that Jesus is right in the middle of it.
Keep your eyes on him and his task that he has given you to do.
We believe that the right person will hear the right message at the right time.
