In this episode, Michelle talks about the FREE 3 for 30 Challenge that she is running.
For 30 days, we will do 3 things:
1. Increase Protein Intake
2. Practice Mindfulness (Understanding Hunger and Fullness Cues)
3. Move for 20 Minutes a Day
Michelle is confident that participants will experience results in their body, but also their mind! She will be pouring into the Facebook Community "3 for 30" where you will have access to Michelle to answer questions and also be able to consume incredible and informative content.
