Christine Lily Kessler, Ed.S., E-RYT 500, is adjunct professor of Yoga Philosophy & Methodology at Butler University, and is author of The Art of Living Yoga: Honoring Yoga's Roots in Philosophy & Practice and The Art of Teaching Yoga: Supporting a Holistic Practice for Both Teachers & Students. Through the lens of Yoga, Lily guides us to bravely examine, question, and dissolve labels and belief systems to claim a life rooted in authenticity and freedom. She has developedand led Yoga Alliance Certified 200- and 300-hour Yoga TeacherTrainings and been a guestpresenter for over 30 certified Yoga programs within the United States and worldwide. Lily is a Reiki master and holds certifications in too many modalities to mention. She is an artist and global retreat leader, focusing onspiritual journeys to India, Peru, Bali, Costa Rica, and Spain as a peace effort so people may see themselves in others.
