In this episode, we will highlight some ways in which you can relax and recharge your batteries. Here are some general tips on ways you can get recharged:
- set aside one day a week to fully rest (lazy sundays are a good example)
- turn off WIFI (no internet means no emails, no streaming, no bluescreen)
- turn off your cell phone for a period of time
- take a relaxing hot bath
- request a mental health break from work
- learn to meditate
- get outside
- take a nap
- read (and not work related, for example, i read sci-fi when i have the opportunity)
- pamper yourself with something you enjoy
