With a BA in counselling psychology-related practices and an MA in intrapersonal conflict, being a Master neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner, and being certified as a Breathwork Facilitator, Jill helps women release past experiences in which they learned they weren't good enough, feel capable & qualified with the knowledge and experience they already have, and regulate their nervous systems so they can reduce the stress & anxiety that imposter syndrome inflicts on their daily lives.
