Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are back. Are you run down? Heading towards burnout? Never getting enough rest? Well if this is you then you are in the right place.

In today's episode I chat about how rest is key for your health, where I am at with rest and how I can feel I am heading towards burnout again. We live such hectic lives with so much social media and so much information hitting us. It's hard not to always be hustling. But as I have learnt if I don't rest I stop sleeping and I get sick. 

I also offer some tips on how to take care of yourself to live your healthiest life. I am still a work in progress but it's all about small steps.
