Welcome to season two of Crazy Sexy Anxiety!!

Let's talk about triggers.

Triggers are everywhere and it's not realistic to say that we can walk around avoiding anything that could trigger us.

Typically, when we're triggered, we'll notice a physical change in our bodies. Our heart rate might speed up, our palms could get sweaty, we could feel a tightening in our chest.

This week, we are talking with  therapist, Tanya Portee, to dig a little deeper into triggers.

So what can we do to protect ourselves so we don't spiral when we are triggered?

-Ground yourself with gratitude (even if it's just the roof over your head)
- Have a schedule to move your body and just a schedule in general
-Getting fresh air
-A healthy sleep schedule
-Setting healthy boundaries

Here's the recipe for my one dish pasta recipe:

2 pints cherry tomatoes 
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 olive oil
Oregano
One container of feta cheese

Coat a casserole dish with a little olive oil
Add all of the ingredients to the casserole dish
Roast at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

Toss with some pasta and watch your entire family devour it!
