What does it mean to be a human living in the 21st century? What are the unique challenges and obstacles we are facing that our forefathers in both the faith and humanity as a whole did not have to overcome? And what are the similarities between our present age and the trials and tribulations of the early church? These are questions that today’s guest, Professor Carl Trueman of Grove City College asks his students and answered for us on today's episode. Today’s story is a little different from what you usually hear on our show. It is still a story about a life, and about what the Lord has done with that life. But it’s also a story about ideas, and how those ideas have shaped the path that Professor Trueman has walked. But if you really pause to think about it, I think you’ll come to find that ideas are stories too. So welcome to another episode of the Scattered Seeds Podcast, where every life has a story. If you'd like more information on Grove City College you can follow this link: http://www.gcc.edu/. And if you'd like to hear more from Professor Trueman you can listen to his podcast: The Mortification of Spin: http://www.alliancenet.org/mos/podcast.
