Nah Girl. Getting sucked into suspended reality television or literature is not living your bliss life.
It is definitely reasonable and NEEDED to take time for yourself; to unwind, relax, and recharge your batteries. Just make sure to keep a balance. Too much go go go, and you’ll exhaust yourself and your emotions. Too much mind-numbing entertainment, and you’ll also lose yourself.
