We love birth stories! Together Karen and Caryn Fields, doula and Family Room educator, have six daughters and births as different as the children are. Karen talks about her labor and delivery with her oldest child and also what it was like delivering twins vaginally. Caryn chose to deliver her daughters in different places from a hospital, to a birth center and then a home birth. They talk about what they hoped for, what they remember most, and learned from each one. Their conversation ultimately reminds us that no two birth stories are the same.
