Welcome to the new PBC Podcast! Coach PB and Jamie will be hosting a regular podcast to discuss all things endurance sports. Training, nutrition, recovery, racing, and more! We start off the show with a little IMWI race recap from PB, then discuss Jamie's upcoming 166 mile gravel race, before finishing up with a short discussion on sleep quality and it's impact on HRV and resting HR.
