Jae Berry (he/him) is a partner, hiker of mountains, chef, player of ultimate frisbee, former monk, guardian of Tori the dog and Trip the dog. He is a gentle and kind human filled with depth of thought and feels. Jae works and empowers as a middle school social worker!
Jae talks about his time as a monk in South Korea and how that time influenced much of how he moves through the world. He speaks about the challenges and beauty of his work as a middle school social worker. Jae talks about the importance of open-ended questions and how impactful it is to teach kids how to ask questions of themselves. I loved this conversation so much. I had several epiphanies and moments of whole-body chills.
