Description

Today we practice Hiply with Rose, who is in the process of finding her true nature, going through a separation and divorce and feeling tarry about how she relates to the people around her, including herself.  She's sensitive to other peoples energies and wants to be more centered, grounded and less reactive.

She has come to the right place, Hiply is all about practicing loving language, and taking care and regulating ourselves and our nervous system.

We talk about the window of tolerance, regulating our nervous system and self care.

We bring in Rose's inner peace Self to tend to her triggered and tarry parts to bring her relief. She felt lighter, a column of light and found her inner peace. From that place she has options. 

We talk about deescalating in volatile situations by getting in touch with that IP Self. About not judging the tarry parts and being there for them. The Hiply 80/20 rule talks about us spending 80% of our time thinking about the 20% that's not perfect, not working, not the way we want it. What if we could spend 80% of our time noticing the 80% of things that are going Hiply and call that perfect?

 I tell Rose about the one minute rant to get out of a tarry situation. Get a piece of paper, set a time for 1 minute and rant - write down everything you hate about the situation, got full 2 year old tantrum. Go wild. After a minute, there will be some space and peace. There are options.
