Today is Tuesday and we are practicing Hiply with Jill who is frustrated with feeling low energy and wants to learn how to conserve her energy. Pay attention to the following Hiply tools, the Hiply process to shift something, the Hiply it's okay technique, to pay attention to our parts that are feeling tarry and love on them and let them know it's okay. Energy is so important to our well being because it's our life force. Jill wants to try to find her own things, take a beat when she needs it, go outside and get her feet into the ground, look at the sky and take in the healing energy of nature. She finds ways to explore. I give her permission to try it all and do it all. She will check in and love on all her parts.
Consider my favorite mantra - life is fun and easy and there's plenty of time for everything.
It's just life being lifey. And it's okay. There is time, there is time for everything.
She sees the value of shifting the words that she's using.
A step she can try is to really stop and take a beat, acknowledge and accept the low energy and ask herself 'what do you need right now'? And she wants to approach herself with more kindness.
She feels lighter and good about having a practical step to move forward with, having unpacked the tarriness.
Her biggest takeaway is that her low energy is telling her something and instead of judging it she wants to check in and see what she needs. Perhaps she needs rest. Perhaps she needs some grounding. Perhaps she needs breath. Perhaps she needs some music. There are multiple ways to satisfy and to pay attention to her.
Instead of getting mad that she's letting everything around her zap her energy. She can put that shield around her, and check in with herself.
Jill wanted to shift her energy and we talked about using the hiply process, where the 1st step noticing, she notices the energy is low and notices the tar and shoulding around it. the 2nd step really accepting where you are instead of bypassing (the tar keeps us from accepting), her move is to love on the tarry parts and really accept it. 3rd step get curious and creative about solutions, try something different, without bypassing. Try more rest, listening to her body and taking a beat when she needs it, and some mindset work. Call in the life force high energy she so desires. Remind herself that there's plenty of time for everything.
